My early work began alongside established food bloggers, where I learned to create scroll-stopping hero images and clean, instructional process shots that communicate instantly. Those years shaped my eye for light, texture, and storytelling.

Food people are my people. I’m there to preserve the energy of the room — the anticipation before the first bite, the laughter over shared plates, the quiet pride behind the pass.

  • Studio & On-Location Setup: Arriving early to help unload gear, build out lighting setups, manage cables, sandbags, modifiers, and tether stations so everything runs safely and efficiently.
  • Lighting Support: Adjusting stands, swapping modifiers, monitoring power, flagging light, and maintaining consistency shot-to-shot.
  • Food & Detail Styling Support: Light food styling touch-ups, garnish placement, steam refreshes, wipe-downs, and keeping plates camera-ready between frames.
  • Set Flow & Logistics: Acting as runner, coordinating with chefs or talent, keeping shot lists on track, and anticipating needs before they’re voiced.
  • Tethering & Image Monitoring: Watching focus, composition edges, reflections, crumbs, and micro-details so nothing slows you down in post.
  • Behind-the-Scenes Content: Capturing polished BTS footage for your Instagram or marketing while never disrupting the flow of the shoot.
